  • Abstract
    Being concern about the matter of knowledge in the organizations in order to pass the industrial age to achieve knowledge age and the organizational settlement based on knowledge as a key element in permanence of organizations is a necessary and vital task. In this way, this property and main source should be properly used by establishing the foundations and suitable processes and also by preparing the collaborators as scholars. The development of the knowledge management in organization is essential to attain this concern.
