Workflow technology is a key technology which is used for modern organization to achieve process management and process control, which has provides effective support for the process modeling of higher graduate education and the overall management. In this paper, workflow concept is introduced firstly, and then based on the workflow reference model, the workflow engine technology and statistical reporting techniques are used to design and optimized the model of graduate education management system, the business processes and business reports are customize fast and conveniently, and the efficiency and scientific management of graduate education have been heighten greatly.
