Abstract :
The load data processing system described, set up for use with a personal computer, provides for efficient management of invoicing for services supplied by ENEL for certain types of user. The TMEN system has been devised to deal both with energy transfer users and with users with several consumption points covered by a single contract. In addition, the system could be used in the case of energy exchange between two utilities via the network of a third utility. When the system has been installed in all ENEL´s outlying units that have to manage this kind of business, the result should certainly be speedier, more efficient invoicing. At the present time, the TMEN system is being tried out in the invoicing of a number of customers in Northern Italy
