Abstract
Based on the approach of coevolution symbiosis and focusing on the mutual promotion of cluster development and entrepreneurial activity, the paper takes the lead to carry out a systemic study on entrepreneur and industry cluster from a microscopic perspective. It is pointed out in the paper that the symbiosis relationship between industry cluster and entrepreneur not only gives an impetus to entrepreneurial activity, but also prompts a transformation of knowledge spillover into a driving force behind the development of whole cluster. First, a rotary model is constructed to analyze the interaction between industry cluster based on knowledge capitalization and entrepreneurial activities. Then, an empirical study is carried out on statistics about 53 high-tech industry clusters in China to examine how knowledge learning activities impact on entrepreneurial activities through global knowledge linkages and local knowledge linkages.
