First, this paper correct errors or writing mistakes of narrating SSM and aplicating SSM in China. Secondly, The thesis in foundation of analyzing the characteristic of the 3rd industry structure of Hebei province, taking the entire country for example, adopting shift-share-analysis method (SSM), Comprehensive analysis of the status quo of the industrial structure in Hebei Province, thereby Hebei Province in the country provide the basis for accurate positioning.
