Abstract :
In order to reduce the risks for material development effectively, technology readiness is always highlighted during material acquisition. This paper discusses readiness assessment method based on technology readiness and applies the method to risk management for material development. This paper introduces readiness and readiness-related concepts and describes several popular readiness models, discusses the process of risk management, and then puts forward the method for applying readiness assessment to risk management and gives the thought and flow of such application.
