Abstract :
Dyeing process is of a very complicated way, due to lower automation of preliminary finish, the parameters of the semiproduct after preliminary finish are unstable. This leads to manufacturing pressure, temperature and rolling speed of dyeing machine are totally depended on the experts´ empirical knowledge. This article, we ascertain a few factors affecting the color of fabrics, outlines an investigation on optimization using hybrid case-based and rule-based reasoning. In this integrated model, case and rule profiles were extracted from specific experts. Manufacturing pressure, temperature and rolling speed of dyeing machine are presented by the hybrid reasoning system. Case structure, rules and similarity measures are described. Case retrieval net is present to accelerate searching speed of the case. Finally, a reasoning algorithm to solute the pressure, temperature and speed is provided
