Abstract
Part of the problem of filtering and tracking moving objects using sequential frames is discussed. The design of three-dimensional digital filters for enhancement/restoration of moving objects with specified range speed and heading is presented. The stability problem of 3-D recursive digital filters for the above application is also considered
