  • Abstract
    This paper reviews the literature of internationalization and discusses its two modes, continuity and discontinuity. It proposes an analytical framework of internationalization mode selection including knowledge and network as antecedents. Then a preliminary test on the framework is conducted through an analysis on the internationalization of CITIC and TCL.
