Abstract :
For the purpose of helping teacher in class monitor is always appointed in classroom by teacher to assist teacher. Similarly for making decisions at city or urban level for monitoring physical infrastructure of urban areas the Municipal Corporation/ a municipality plays the important role as monitor. Monitoring for physical infrastructure includes sustainable functioning of water supply monitoring systems, sewage monitoring systems, solid waste management etc. To design model for analysis monitoring of water supply systems for urban areas has been covered in this paper. In this research paper selection methodology for identifying interface tool for monitoring systems, the method of assigning weight-ages and rankings to attributes in the form of samples has been discussed with Benchmarking, Mathematical model and Procedural Modeling for sustainable water supply, Designing and Developing Monitoring water supply systems, by Fuzzy Synthetic evaluation, Fuzzy ordering, Monitoring water supply for Preferences and Consensus with the help of paradigms developed by me has been explained. Monitoring water supply system as a whole is not possible to cover in this paper so the paper is limited to the application part of Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation, Fuzzy Ordering, Preferences and Consensus for monitoring system as example in the form of well developed paradigms.
