Abstract
Classical PID controller is difficult to meet the requirement of both static and dynamic performance efficiency in practice. By analyzing the actions of PID parameters separately, for reducing or eliminating their conflict one another in different step, the concepts of backward and forward integration are introduced, and a human-simulating intelligent control (HSIC) PID controller with different modes of one dimension just for deviation and two dimensions for deviation and deviation rate is presented. The non-synchronous phenomenon is noted that control input and plant output approach their top points at different time. Simulation verifies the algorithm is reasonable. The proposed controller has been used successfully to industry boiler for pressure control object
