Abstract :
This paper presents a research and development scheme for networked control system (NCS), which supports condition monitoring and distributed real-time control via Ethernet. We introduced an NCS framework in which embedded operating systems and complex control algorithms can run on every network node which based on cost-effective and high-performance micro-processor. Modeled-based fault diagnostic algorithm and control scheme can be designed together with Simulink tool to monitor the situation of the system, and control the system in real time. Finally, a practical motor experiment is given to illustrate the feasible of the scheme. The results will extend the application of the NCS
