Abstract :
This paper considers the TE and TM solution to the scattering by an infinite array of multiple parallel strips. The solution is found using the perturbational form of the modified residue calculus technique (MRCT). In particular, the solution is found from the canonical problem of an infinite periodic array of semi-infinite parallel plates. Numerical results are given for a polarizer application.
