  • Abstract
    In combination with technical design of grate-kiln-rotary production line of 200Mt/a oxidized pellet plant of Anshan iron and steel group corporation, hardware configuration, network configuration and control functions of distributed control system is introduced, which is based on computer network technology, PLC technology and field bus control technology. The features of three-layer-network structure of integrated automation system were discussed in detail. The application of the integrated automation control system improves productive automation, reduces fault rate and enhances labor productivity, therefore it has achieved great economic and social benefit
