Abstract :
A new nonlinear numerical modeling is proposed to analyze microwave heating problems. It is based on an iteration between solving the Maxwell´s curl equations and computing the heat conduction equation. The temperature dependences of the permittivity, permeability and conductivity are considered in the calculation, so that more accurate results can be obtained. The two-dimensional finite difference time domain (FD-TD) formulas are used to solve the nonlinear equations. To verify the method numerical examples are provided
