Design and Implement of Distributed Database-based Pricing Management System

With development of global market competition and knowledge economy, great challenges have been brought into pricing management. It is important for the enterprise to adapt the pricing strategy and the fast feedback. The purpose of this paper is to research the need of the pricing management system in special steel company and establish software to fulfil their needs. Detailed information has been acquired by the author using investigation, sample analysis, establishing software and case application in this paper, which analyzed the weakness of existing pricing management system, presented pricing function, and price management process program, distributed database and system framework. Then, data mining method was used to resolve it. The applications of this software state that this software is robust and has certain economic and social worth in dealing with such kind of problems in steel industry
