Abstract :
Aiming at characteristics of organization reconfiguration in collaborative manufacturing mode, this paper puts forward a new method of organization reconfiguration based on multi-agent, and establishes an organization unit agent model and a multi-agent cooperation model of organization reconfiguration based on peer-to-peer architecture. The method implements resource sharing and cooperative operator by using the autonomous and alternant abilities of agent. In order to satisfy the practical requirements of collaborative manufacturing mode, the dynamic choice mechanism of communication and collaboration and the collaborative algorithms based on information pool in multi-agent organization unit are discussed. The systemic application architecture is presented. This method establishes theory foundation for implementation of dynamic organization reconfiguration in manufacturing
