Abstract :
Aimed at the shortages of existing knowledge integration system that couldn´t integrate distributed knowledge well, an open framework of knowledge integration system oriented to product design was proposed. The main function models and key technologies were analyzed. The process of product design based on knowledge integration system was studied. According to knowledge expression and reasoning technologies, the knowledge expression and reasoning system was established and the product model was depicted with XML. A novel fuzzy consistent method was proposed to search product model. Finally a prototype system of knowledge integration is developed for auto parts and it realizes eddy current retarder design based on knowledge integration
