Abstract

The framework of the integrated automation is set up for the county power network, which includes the base automation level, dispatching automation level, management automation level and the decision automation level, and the detailed structure for every level is also established. Then the decision support system is designed in this framework according to the cost analysis oriented power market. Those works provide the theory base for realizing the integrated automation for the county power network
