Abstract
A number of major hardware items have been installed and/or modified on the Alcator C-Mod tokamak for the most recent run campaign, and additional near-term upgrades will be installed shortly. Topics that are covered in this paper include the changeover to all-metal plasma-facing components, the titanium lower hybrid waveguide grill, the gas jet disruption mitigation system, and the results these made to plasma operation. The design of a new cryopump, which will be installed soon, is also presented
