The dynamic scheduling system for steel-making in MES has been discussed. Based on the detailed analysis of the control of this problem, an inspired algorithm has been put forward, which includes the steps of dividing and ruling, and then those of searching fields. At the same time, the dynamic assigning schemes for various disturbances have been described. The application of the method in the stainless steel plant has obtained great effects
