Abstract :
Aimed at the shortages of MES that couldn´t realize dynamic quality control well, a framework of MES oriented to dynamic quality control was proposed after dynamic quality control and ERP/MES/PCS three-tier enterprise integration infrastructure were studied, and the quality function models of MES were analyzed. According to the framework and the key technologies of MES, the dynamic quality control model was provided and the data acquisition and system integration models were established. The development of MES oriented to dynamic quality control for a PCB enterprise was given. Through data acquisition, quality analysis and quality control model, this system realizes dynamic online control of PCB products
