Abstract :
With the development of the outer space enterprise, it is very crucial to manage the spatial objects, especially in the way of the non-oneself object surveillance. However, orbit maneuver has brought the major difficulty to spatial object surveillance. To solve this problem, a new orbit maneuver identification algorithm, which is based on the joint of the space-based and the ground-based supervisory systems, is proposed in this paper. The simulation results show the reliability and feasibility of the proposed method.
