Abstract :
For better response to the variety of the custom requirement and to take full advantage of personnel knowledge and experiences resources in the iron and steel industry (especially the special steel industry), an MRPIII production schedule management system based on process route optimization is researched and realized under the investigation into the theory and real production management patterns in the iron and steel company. The system constructs an object-oriented construction using MRPII+JIT+ES for MES by processing route´s main device ability balance to reply to the new economy environment facing the iron and steel industry
