Abstract :
A method of broadband matching of complex source impedances to complex load impedances is presented. The method is rule based and may be used to produce designs with maximized bandwidth or minimum component count. The method works well for bandwidths of up to about one octave. Comparison with more mathematical matching methods shows that this method has merit
