Abstract
One of the decisive criteria for the project solutions of the complex manufacturing systems (CMS), such as manufacturing lines with robots, to be considered as successful is reaching their projected productivity and required level of economic effectiveness in operation. For reaching the projected productivity and CMS economic effectiveness reliability level has a big influence. Existing experience of such systems, and analysis of their operation acknowledges that underestimating of the exact solution of this problem early in the pre-realisation project stages results in a negligible elongation of the CMS productivity initial curve to its project value with negative economic impact
