Abstract :
Numerical model of integrated optical electric field sensor with segmented electrodes is presented. By using the model, the evaluated frequency response, the minimum detected electric field and the linear dynamic range can be obtained. The results from this model have shown a good agreement with measuring data, and the electrodes structure of the sensor can be designed utilizing this model.
