Abstract
Coils for Transcutaneous Energy Transfer (TET) system are analyzed in the paper in respect of their equivalent parameters. Planar coils, coreless and with magnetic core are taken into account. Analysis is carried out using ANSYS software and measurements using impedance analyzer. Multiparametric analysis (where the parameters are diameters of coils, diameter of magnetic core, distance between coils and distances between coils and magnetic core) is carried out in order to obtain optimized design satisfying requirements of supply (exact values of parameters for E class inverter) and load (required output power). The analysis is carried out for system which operates at 800 kHz and delivers power of 30 W to output. The results of analysis were confirmed experimentally.
