Abstract :
This paper presents a method for implementation of Gysel power combiners on back to back microstrip structure. In this method the topology of Gysel combiner is divided into two sections and then each section is implemented on one side of the back to back microstrip structure. An experimental prototype using proposed method was designed over frequency range from 2.9 to 3.1GHz. The results obtained from this prototype show a good agreement with EM simulation results.
