Abstract :
In this paper a comparison of several narrowband interference (NBI) suppression methods for Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) Very high speed Digital Subscriber Line (VDSL) communication systems is done. Each of the methods is analyzed in respect of the performance and computational complexity parameters of the MIMO system. A way for analyzing the trade-off between performance and computational complexity, when choosing a NBI suppression method by introducing a pricing coefficient, is proposed.
