Abstract
As a new form of wireless communication, multihop radio networks has gained lots of attention in recent years. In this paper we propose a multihop network architecture with support from a cellular network. Together with the previously proposed routing algorithm, a dual frequency assignment schema is studied in a wireless Internet access scenario, which shows the possibility of optimal layout of the network to achieve optimum performance. The result can be exploited for network pre-deployment planning.
