The Evolution Process and Economic Analysis of Cloud Computing with Its Application in Chinese University

This paper first makes a comprehensive review of cloud computing research, describes the evolution process and conducts economic analysis of cloud computing from the nature of the product or service, network synergistic values and standards compatibility. Then, It is considered that the cloud computing is the external form of innovation in the computing tool, the unique value of cloud computing is from the network synergistic value brought by network externality and fully compatible strategy is the optimal choice to promote network synergistic value of cloud computing. Finally, this paper studies the feasibility of cloud computing application in Chinese University and initially designs the Application Framework of the cloud computing in Chinese University.
