Abstract
In this paper an efficient method for transient analysis of linear time-invariant circuits to exponential and sinusoidal inputs is given. An algebraic relationship between the response due to two exponential inputs is derived. The relationship is exact and valid for all time. The method is useful in analysis of switched circuits, such as switching power supplies, switched capacitor circuits, and sigma-delta modulators
