Abstract :
In the supply chain management environment, there are two production system-"push" and "pull". This paper analyzes and compares the inventory levels and order completion time of these two systems, by establishing a simulation model under same customer needs based on Anylogic. Enterprise should take appropriate mode of production in accordance with its own production capacity, management objectives and its position in a supply chain.
