Abstract :
The restoration problem in power systems is considered to be suitable for applying an expert system and many papers have been published on expert systems for power system restoration. The authors present an expert system which automatically generates restoration procedures for a fault. The system is constructed with FREXS which is a domain shell for power systems. Therefore, execution speed is high and the memory efficiency and affinity with other online functions are excellent.
