Abstract :
The authors describe a MTHVDC simulation model incorporating DC power control in a multimachine model based on the extension of the Heffron-Phillips representation. The system control strategy consists of a distributed computing environment and the simulation is supported by a simulation language expressly suited to the modelling of dynamic systems
