Abstract :
In this paper we first compared the fundamental and localized mode of a Koch3 antenna and designed a high directive Koch3 antenna. After that we improved its bandwidth by stacking another Koch3 layer quite next to the main Koch3 antenna. The proposed antenna presents high bandwidth (B.W.=12.7%) and high directivity for the whole bandwidth (Dmax=13.4 dB) by wisely enlarging the size of the antenna in X,Y, and Z directions, simultaneously.
