Abstract
An innovative microcomputer-based power distribution system simulator with built-in load flow, fault current calculation and modelling of overcurrent relays and circuit breaker operation is described. This interactive simulator utilises the SCADA type of operator control and provides a flexible and convenient tool for operational planning, assessment of overcurrent relay as well as for the training of new practising engineers
