Abstract :
A three-dimensional display of B-scan images by using the holographic stereogram technique was carried out. The projection images were obtained by computer graphics and were displayed on a monitor. The holographic stereogram was made from the films on which the projection images are recorded. In the experiments a plastic doll and human fetus were used for the object, and a linear array probe and a convex probe of 3.5 MHz were used. The hologram obtained provided a good-quality three-dimensional image
