Abstract :
Many scholars have written about the impact of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of staff, while there are few researches discussing which dimension of OCB the three justice influence on hotel industry. Besides, servant leadership helps the leaders gain the employees´ trust and reach high organizational performance. This paper also explores the influence of servant leadership on OCB. To examine the impact of organizational justice and servant leadership on each dimension of OCB in hotel industry under the context of Chinese culture, this paper establishes a concept model based on an amount of literatures as well as interviews of hotel managers. The researcher conducted a survey of 133 hotel employees in Shijiazhuang, collecting 130 valid samples for analysis. The Structural Equation Model is used to test the research framework hypotheses. The empirical results indicate that: 1) organizational justice and servant leadership has a positive effect on OCB of employees in hotel; 2) distributive justice the employees perceived has no significant effect on their OCB; 3) procedural justice has a positive effect on civic virtue of OCB; interactional justice has positive effects on active working, Uniting colleagues, Sportsmanship of OCB; 4) servant leadership has a positive effect on employees´ Self-taught, Civic virtue of OCB. Finally, research implications are discussed and future study suggestions are recommended.
