Abstract :
Negative publicity hurts a firm´s reputation so the firms often used quality orientation and corporate social responsibility as tools to encourage consumers to resist the negative publicity. However information source play a moderate role among them. The authors develop hypothesis to describe the relationship between them. The findings suggest that company should emphasis on SCR and service quality and still care about personal information source.
