Abstract :
Microblog has become an amazing approach to show someone´s influence for individuals and manage public relationship for organizations. It is an important issue that how to attract huge numbers of fans to enhance influence. This article tried to investigate this topic from the viewpoint of behavioral research by building up a concept model among self-traits, motivation, microblog usage and numbers of fans. The results show that cognitive absorption has a significant effect on the number of fans.
