Abstract :
The study is to apply scenario approach in collaborative design between Taiwan and China through computer-mediated communication (CMC) to meet user´s requirements for using a personal digital assistant (PDA) in 2008 Olympic Game. Sample comprises a core team in Taiwan and an exterior team in China. In this paper, we present methods of interview, observation and experimental design. The guidelines for executing a CMC model across countries and solutions to problems of video conferencing are proposed
