Abstract
Presents feedback control design for H∞ optimal control problems of linear time-varying systems with L2-bounded state constraints on a finite time horizon. The design procedure is based on exact penalization and uses a generic constant associated with unconstrained differential games. Under proper constraint qualifications, a complete feedback solution of the constrained H∞ control problem is obtained by using a generalized parametric Riccati differential equation. We also provide explicit calculation formulas to determine the involved parameters
