Abstract :
Aiming at case evaluation problem of mixed-model assembly line. This paper is to propose an evaluation method for mixed-model assembly line based on ANP. Firstly the evaluation index system is constructed using the ANP method. Secondly, the Net-evaluation model is built in Super Decision. And then the weight of each index is determined with the help of Super Decision. By judeing the value of each weight, the influence of indexes can be ranked. At last, an example of a automobile factory is given to show that the method of ANP is feasible and suitable to evaluate mixed-model assembly line.
