Abstract :
With the resources scarcity and environmental deterioration becoming more severe, the research of GSCM has attracted lots of management scholars and environmental experts. Based on the literatures from international and domestic, this paper determines 7 factors that affect implementation of GSCM in Chinese enterprises. These factors include green cost, corporate green culture, corporate communication, corporate innovation, government & law, awareness of the social environment and competitor green pressure. Then an index system including 32 indexes (nodes) about these factors has been set up. Finally, this paper ranks these factors and indexes by analytic network process (ANP) and finds that the key factor of GSCM is government and laws especially regional laws and regulations.
