Abstract :
It is introduced the development of expert hypermedia system for the diagnosis of children´s dermatosis by visual basic and SQL server, and the application of rough set theory, such as the knowledge reduction for the knowledge base in this system, and the methods of positive reasoning and negative reasoning by rough set theory as well. It is greatly improved the reasoning efficiency of this system by the application of rough set theory.
