Abstract :
This paper gives a clear evaluation on the scale and risk of the logistics park planning program with combination data envelopment analysis (DEA) and the Entropy Method. It evaluates the investment scale with DEA preliminary, and then gives the second evaluation on the risk degree using the entropy method in order to get economic gain and reduce investment risk. With the combination Analysis, the investors can choose the best program easily. It innovates the range of applications of DEA and the Entropy Method, also provides a clear direction to guide investors to invest in logistics parks from the angle of scale economy and risk minimization principle, which has good theory value and large practice value.
