Abstract :
Antitrust law brings great legal risks to the patent pool. Correct understanding and guarding against the risk of antitrust law in the activities of the patent pool is the need to address the crucial issue of the patent pool. Based on the Grey Relational Analysis Method (GRAM), it estimated the legal risks of antitrust law of the patent pool and analyzed the cases in order to provide the reference for the patent pool in China about the law risk evaluation of the patent structure and patent licensing mode of the patent pool.
