Abstract
At present, the recycled waste edible oil has become a pronoun of food quality problem. As the experts said, eating meal in a restaurant ten times, there may be one time to eat recycled waste edible oil. The recycled waste edible oil has been a serious threat to people´s health. According to reports, not only the hawker and stalls use it, but also some hotel purchase and use it. Then it forms a “circular economy”. Such consequences are very serious and worrying. In this paper, the phenomenon of the recycled waste edible oil is analyzed, and the available solutions of it are discussed.
